Private Lactation Counseling
 

I am here to help mothers who need nursing support - whether its latch issues, milk supply, sore nipples or weight gain. I provide gentle, evidence-based, personalized support so you can reach your nursing or bottle nursing goals. 

 

Price: 270 CHF

  • Free initial 20min phone call

  • One at-home counseling session (2.5 hours)

  • Whatsapp and phone communication (for up to 1 month following at-home session)

Online Lactation Preparation Session
 

Knowledge is power, and learning some basic principles of breastfeeding before giving birth can have a great impact on your confidence and belief that you and your baby can do it. We will cover the biology of breastfeeding, nursing basics and what to expect in the first days, latching, positions, milk supply, and any other subject you wish to talk about.

 

Price: 200 CHF

  • 1.5 hour zoom call

  • Recording of the zoom call

  • Whatsapp and phone communication (for up to 1 week following the call)

Postpartum Doula Services

From birth through the fourth trimester, I provide tailored support to help you heal, bond with your baby, and adjust to life as a new parent. Together, we’ll design a care plan that meets your unique needs.

Postpartum support includes (but not limited to):

  • Lactation support

  • Sleep guidance

  • Mother & baby massage

  • Herbal bath preparation

  • Baby care while you rest / shower

  • Cooking & meal preparation

  • Light cleaning

  • Support with elder children

  • Birth story processing & emotional support

  • Special assistance for multiples, c-section recovery or special needs

Prices:

3-hour package: 320 CHF

9-hour package: 940 CHF

15 hour package: 1560 CHF

Each session is min. 3 hours, max. 6 hours per day

MotherCircle
 

Coming soon! Mothers and babies are invited to a weekly circle hosted in my home. Come enjoy the connection with other mothers, a nutritious meal and lactation support. Mothers can ask questions, share their stories and rest. Professionals will also be invited for special presentations on topics such as holistic sleep, nutrition, infant development.

Every Wednesday from 9:00am - 11:30pm in Nachalat Ada, Herzilya

​

1-session: 175 NIS

4-session card: 650 NIS (to be used within 3 months)
