Galactaballs Recipe: A Yummy Treat to Support Your Milk Supply!



This is a delicious recipe that my lactation mentor, Julie Schor created. If you want to see her explain the recipe and its benefits, you can check out her youtube video.


Dry ingredients:

♡ 2.5 cups of whole oats, blended into a fine oat flour

♡ 1 tsp (minimum) ground cinnamon for increased milk flow

♡ 1 TBS brewers yeast

♡ 1 tsp Himalayan salt


Wet ingredients:

♡ 1/2 cup organic coconut oil

♡ 1 TBS ground flaxseed with 3 TBS water, refrigerate 15 min

♡ 1/2 cup brown sugar

♡ 1 tsp vanilla extract


Roll into bite-size balls and freeze. Remove from freezer right before eating for a yummy, healthy boost!
